Crowe help Christian reach his dream to compete in Ironman World Championship in Hawaii.

Christian VarleyThis year sees Christian Varley venturing into the world of long distance triathlon, competing in Ironman Events.

Christian did his first ever triathlon 5 months ago and first Ironman in May!

Kimberley Moughtin the marketing manager at Crowe, heard about Christian and swiftly got Crowe on-board to follow his story.

In July, Christian  finished 14th overall in Ironman UK and 3rd in his age group, meaning he could qualify for the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.

The World Ironman world Championships is the biggest event in the world for triathletes.

Christian said “To be part of this experience in my first year is something I’m really proud of! I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Crowe for their support and helping me to make the trip to Hawaii possible.”

Debbie Clague Director at Crowe said ” We are proud to be helping young athletes like Christian to fulfil their dreams and we look forward to being part of his journey.”

Christian still needs ongoing help to fund his trip which sees him fly out to start training today (3rd October)
